🔖 Description: When it comes to black and white image files, the M Monochrome is arguably one of the best black and white cameras in the world. The softness of the black and white files comes from the first and only CCD full-frame sensor that Leica has produced. Or, to put it another way, this is the digital camera that provides colors and image tones closest to black and white film. It’s worth the effort to shoot with it. Due to the relatively old technology, the M Monochrome is somewhat difficult to shoot with, but once you get the hang of it, it’s easy. If you’ve never tried one, I highly recommend giving it a try. You’ll be hooked, because as the saying goes, “CCD never dies.”
